Today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Sega.com(TM), a new online interactive entertainment company whose goal is to become the definitive online destination for gamers, showcased 16 new online titles for the 128-bit, Internet-ready Sega(R) Dreamcast(TM).

Sega is the only company to have an entire line-up of online console games ready for the holidays.

Soon after the September launch of SegaNet(TM), the only high-speed online console gaming network, gamers will not only be able to log on and chat with other players but, will be able to challenge players all over the United States to games such as "Quake III Arena(TM)," "Half Life(TM)," "Sega Sports(TM) NBA 2K1" and "Sega Sports NFL 2K1."

SegaNet offers a unique advantage to gamers with its high-speed connectivity, the lowest latency on the Net today, reliable customer support and access to all other areas of the web.
