Ryoko-sensei no Shinryoshitsu (りょー子先生の診療室) is a medical evaluation game developed by Overworks for the Plus e. When playing, the user simply enters their medical record and takes an interview with Ryoko-sensei, with her deciding if you are, genetically-speaking, a valuable member of society. If not, she will give advice on how to become a more valuable person.

It was followed up by Ryoko-sensei no Shinryoshitsu Part 2, and the mobile game Idenshi Shindanri Ryoko-sensei.

Characters

Ryoko Minebishi (峰菱 遼子), more commonly known as Ryoko-sensei, is the head doctor, and 22 years old (self-proclaimed). She is incredible at convincing people, and has a sharp tongue, although she doesn't realise. In her graduation thesis, she presented "Minebishi-style biogenetics" and opened a clinic to put it into practice. Her motto is "Mayoeru ko hitsuji ni wa ainomuchi yo ne" (迷える子ひつじには愛のムチよネ).[3]

The nurse, Yoshiko Tanaka (田中 芳子),[4] is a childhood friend of Ryoko-sensei. She has always been well-mannered and it is usually unclear if she is expressing happiness or sadness. She does menial work in Ryoko-sensei's clinic.[3]
