Sega France S.A. was a subsidiary of Sega that operated within France. It came into existence in 1991 after Sega bought Virgin Mastertronic, and was a continuation of the French branch, Virgin Loisirs[1][3]. Sega France was the official distributor of Sega consoles in France for the rest of the 1990s and early 2000s.
