Saitek is a video game accessories manufacturer founded in 1979 by Swiss technologist Eric Winkler. During the 1990s it produced accessories for Sega consoles.

Mad Catz bought Saitek in 2007, and though the name continues to be used, it mostly specialises in PC flight simulator products.
