The 1991 incarnation of Sega Amusements Europe, Ltd. was a European subsidiary of Sega Enterprises, Ltd.. It was a continuation of the 1980s Sega Europe company (not to be confused with the recently stablished "1991" Sega Europe (which exists to this day).

Sega Amusements Europe acted as the European (sans-UK) distributor of Sega arcade games, and sat within the "Sega Europe Group", alongside Sega Europe (European consumer arm) and Deith Leisure (UK arcade distributor and manufacturer). It was also responsible for creating venues such as Sega World Bournemouth. The company that originally had this name became Sega ATP Europe on July 1, 1996.[1]
