Shining Force: The Sword of Hajya

The main menu of Shining Force Gaiden: Final Conflict features a different narrator from the one seen in Shining Force Gaiden: Ensei Jashin no Kuni e and Shining Force: The Sword of Hajya. While palettes and graphics were changed accordingly, the programmers forgot to make the game call the correct palette when accessing the sound test. Consequently, the narrator ends up using the palette originally intended for the second game's narrator and is coloured incorrectly.

Not fixed in any version.
