Missing pause menu following a software reset

The pause menu does not fully handle Sega's mandated software reset feature (A+B+X+Y+ START ). If you have "command list" highlighted, then perform a software reset to return to the title screen, the next time you fight and pause, the menu won't display. It will still be fully functional, however, and will reappear when selecting "command list" again.

Not fixed in any version.
