Stack Co., Ltd. (有限会社スタック) is a Japanese video game developer and graphic production company, and owner of adult publishing label 0verflow (オーバーフロー).

Founded in September 1992[1] and officially incorporated in March 1997[2], Stack is headed by Akio Onuma (大沼明夫) and currently headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo.[1]
