Striker for the Sega 32X is an unreleased football game being developed by Rage Software[2].
The game was being programmed by James Bagley[3], who had also led on the Sega Mega Drive version of the game. According to Jim, the 32X development kit arrived too late for Striker, with the console being discontinued before the project could be completed. It was to have a full 3D pitch and have cutscenes for throw ins, fouls and goals (with a pixel "imploding" and "exploding" effect when transitioning between events).
