CD-ROM identifiers (abstract, bibliography, copyright) don't count and there's an ISO standard and some rules from Sega dictating their use

I've reminded myself to avoid counting as much of those CD-ROM identifiers as possible (I used this category as reference as to what might count as PC content), though there is still the chance I let one slip through the cracks given there are files with names like "README.TXT". --SorachiJirachi (talk) 18:28, 4 December 2023 (EST)
