Once Again, I'm assuming this is the same book
Looking for information on this (http://www.worldcat.org/title/sega-mega-drive-secrets-volume-4/oclc/34269749&referer=brief_results) reveals that both are part of the "Secrets of the Games Series", just with region specific names, so I'm assuming that this is just a UK version of the book since both were released in 1993.
