Timur Lyazgiev (sometimes know as T-Arts Studio) is a Russian indie game developer, notable for creating aftermarket games for the Sega Mega Drive. He is part of the Russian Gamedevelopment Community, a community of developers focused on making video game hacks and mods, as well as creating new titles for various platforms.
