Arugo Shinohara (篠原 亜留吾) is a former Sega graphic designer. Originally an effects artist on several Overworks/Sega WOW titles, he left the company in the mid 2000s, moving on to work at Game Republic and Tango Gameworks. Alongside fellow former Overworks/WOW effects designer Nobuto Iwao he later became a director of Takeshi Inaba's Agni-Flare studio; Shinohara has since left this position.[2]
