Maverick: The Movie is a digital pinball table created by Data East USA's pinball division in 1994. It is based on the comedy Western film, Maverick, also released in 1994.
It was one of the last (if not the last) pinball tables to be created by branch before Sega took control of it, so rather than discontinue production, later models use Sega Pinball branding. In a sense, this made Marverick the first pinball table to be released by Sega since the late 1970s, even if, strictly speaking, Sega played no part in financing its development.
This is the first pinball machine to use a 192x64 dot matrix display.
