Flashgal (フラッシュギャル) is a 1985 game by Kyugo. The game was published by Sega in Japan and Romstar in the USA.[2]
You play as the hero Flashgal as she moves around town beating up bad guys. The screen almost constantly scrolls to the right and enemies can come from both directions of the screen, so quick responses are somewhat necessary. There are also various obstacles, such as cats and spinning tires, that must be dodged by jumping.
