This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Sega Force was the main (and only exclusive) Sega magazine in Sweden, and probably also Swedish-speaking parts of Finland. The tone in the texts was fun, raw and childish but often misspelled. For example they refused to write the name of the NES and SNES and instead called them den gråa lådan (the gray box) and den stora grå lådan (the big gray box).

The first issue came in 1992. The magazine had the same size as comics and the rival Swedish Nintendo Magasinet (The Nintendo Magazine). Even though it was some what poorly made it had great support from the Sega players. In the last seven issues they changed the cover from normal magazine paper to more nature friendly, due to that the last ones are more often broken.

Quote from Sega Force (1995)

Jaha, då var det dags att skriva det sista meddelandet till läsekretsen. Makterna har beslutat att Sega Force ska läggas ned, och vi kan bara hoppas att ni Sega-fans får den information ni behöver från andra källor.

— Mats Jönsson, Sega Force, last issue

Sega Force lasted only for 4 years and ended in 1995 having articles about the 32X but never about the Saturn. As you can see below it only ran for two complete years. They didn't say why it ended and just wrote due to higher powers. The publisher probably pulled the plug due to bad sales.

1992: Issues 1 & 2
1993: Issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
1994: Issues 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7-8 (double issue)
1995: Issues 1, 2 & 3

Today, a complete collection of all the issues is quite rare and will fetch prices from 500 to 1000 SEK (about €50 - 100).
