Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Legend Returns is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive game. It's an action game that plays similar to Streets of Rage. It borrows graphics from the TMNT: Double Damage flash game which was based on the 2003 animated series.
The game has game breaking glitches that causes the game to freeze or act strange in emulators.
