H.E.R.O. (ヒーロー) is an action game originally developed and published by Activision. Sega brought it to the SG-1000 in Japan.
The objective of the game is to rescue trapped miners in a volcano. drops a stick of dynamite to blow up barriers and kill enemies. shoots a laser-like thing, which you can use to kill enemies. At the bottom of the screen, there is a Power meter showing you how much energy you have left; energy goes down as time goes on. Simply touch a miner to rescue him and move on to the next level.
