+ | I don't own either version myself, so i will have to watch some youtube longplays to try and find that out. thinking about it, the picture quality is a little better in the 12cert 32X, so it seem more "Graphic", despite the lower rating. | ||
+ | to address your opinion however, it reminds me of a movie called Sky Captain, (released around 2005 i think) it was given a PG by the BBFC and this apparently hampered sales because it's supposed demographic would only watch films with cert of 12 or higher. despite this, sky captain was a film not written for the chidrens/family genre. | ||

Censorship?
Does anybody know why the PAL Mega-CD version was given a BBFC 15 certificate while the PAL Mega-CD 32X version was given a BBFC 12 cert? i find this interesting, since all NTSC versions have ESRB 17+ M ratings. all that i do know is that the PAL Mega-CD version is a lot rarer than the PAL Mega-CD 32X one.
