Club Sega Dotonbori (クラブ セガ 道頓堀) is a former Club Sega venue. It was originally opened in 2003 as Sammy's Regno, being re-branded after Sega and Sammy merged to form Sega-Sammy Holdings in 2004.

In the 2006 PlayStation 2 game, Yakuza 2, the Club Sega venue in the fictional Osaka district of Sotenbori is based on Club Sega Dotonbori, complete with (an inaccessible) Sammy EBISU Plaza located on the floor above.
