BS Zone
When the title screen begins to fade out, press 
+

+ START . This will take you to the "BS Zone" showing you controller inputs and letting you change some settings.
Blue Sky team
After getting into the "BS Zone" set "inning" to 3, "vis score" to 1 and "home score" to 3. Press START to exit and as the screen fades, press +++ START again. The BS Zone will reload, this time with a new "Bluesky" option.
In World Series Baseball '95 and World Series Baseball '96, turning this option on allowed for the Blue Sky team to be played in exhibition in mode. However in World Series Baseball '98 the team has been removed.
