Super Warp Zone
On the "select your character" screen, press and then select a character. This will let you access the first five levels and give you with five lives.
Mega Warp Zone
On the "select your character" screen, press and then select a character. This will let you let you access every level and give you ten lives, thus making the above code redundant.
