Wonder MIDI (ワンダーMIDI) is an extremely rare Sega Mega Drive cartridge released by Victor in Japan. It was compatible with the RG-M1 variant of the Wondermega. The software allowed control of MIDI musical instruments via the original Wondermega's MIDI port. It was also compatible with "Hyper Audio System" compact discs, a format developed by NEC and Rittor Music for playback of MIDI music on compatible hardware branded "MiDiworld". A special MiDiworld disc was produced for Wonder MIDI called Wonder MIDI Collection. It also had a music visualiser, simply called "BGV".
