Though I think the problem here is more clear (I'm still not sure what's happening on the Chris Hülsbeck one though), since the repeated entries on this profile with strange ?? and 9999 references seem to be the Master System and Game Gear versions of the Mega Drive games listed just above them. This is because the credits sections of the Master System and Game Gear versions in their respective pages are shared between both 8 bit versions and code "| source=In-game credits | console=GG,SMS" doesn't seem to be recognized by the system, it only seems to recognize a single platform there. Needs to be fixed, because repeating the same exact Master System and Game Gear credits twice in the pages is a little redundant. Seems like the "ProductionHistory" code tag needs some polish. I was trying to fix somehow the cloned entries in Chris Hülsbeck by taking a look at other similar dev profiles, and I see in this page there's the same problem. (Wesker (talk) 04:48, 2 April 2021 (EDT))

- There's an "SS" credit for Chris Hülsbeck. Caching issue maybe - see if it's still there in a few days time -Black Squirrel (talk) 07:23, 2 April 2021 (EDT)
- This is because at first I mistook the SAT code by SS. I realized this and removed it, but for some reason it's still there. Must be what you said, a catching issue of sorts. Same with the duplicated Turrican entry because at first I put "Original Music/Sound Effects", then I replaced it with "Original Music and Sound Effects", and the old one it's still there. If I do the "purge cache" function is this supposed to work?
- Also, regarding the Matt Furniss issue, to correct the "SMS,GG" unability to been recognized, is there no other choice but to separate both the Master Systen and Game Gear credits with their unique "MS" or "GG" string each one, even though these production credits are identical between both platforms? Kind of redundant to do that to fix this. (Wesker (talk) 15:42, 2 April 2021 (EDT))
- You shouldn't have to duplicate credits, but there's no code supporting comma-separated lists. I've put it on the TODO list - for now, just pretend that it works, and one day it might actually work. -Black Squirrel (talk) 15:50, 2 April 2021 (EDT)
- Hacked in some support. I've been lazy with this because I wanted to avoid Mediawiki's loops - it'll not work if there's two commas (e.g. "MD,SMS,GG"). -Black Squirrel (talk) 06:03, 3 April 2021 (EDT)
- Right. Works like a charm now. I don't think we'll ever find a game which will require to have the same exact credits for three versions, unless it's one of those cases of an old licensed home computer multiplatform game which may have some shared credits, or a recent game maybe in the PS, XB and PC ecosystem which may also have. Regarding Sega consoles I bet there won't be any at least. Now to wait and see if the oddities in the Matt Furniss article end up disappearing. (Wesker (talk) 08:36, 3 April 2021 (EDT))
