It's obvious just looking at it but the original version of the Sega PAC image was poor cropping. I uploaded a fixed copy but its been a few days and still hasn't updated on my end. I'll write something in eventually, but input from someone more technical-minded would be awesome. It'd be interesting to see if there are any notable differences in the hardware, other than things like cleaner composite output etc. But it'll be something along the lines of 'basically contains an entire Mega Drive inside the PAC' and maybe an 'akin to how the Super Game Boy contains Game Boy hardware' but iunno. Needs mention of it containing a Mega Drive

I'll write something in eventually, but input from someone more technical-minded would be awesome. It'd be interesting to see if there are any notable differences in the hardware, other than things like cleaner composite output etc. But it'll be something along the lines of 'basically contains an entire Mega Drive inside the PAC' and maybe an 'akin to how the Super Game Boy contains Game Boy hardware' but iunno.
