Can anyone speak legal?
I can interpret some of this, but I'm really not confident enough in my interpretation of this level of legal-speak to use much of it in the article. What does the first use date mean? That's not when the company was founded, was it? It's just them like, turning their company name into a trademark for a.... brand of product or something?
