Hmm. Extended Player was established after Recreational Brainware closed... and their game Chakan had an 18 month dev cycle... starting April 1991. Meaning the company couldn't have been established before this date... then how did Taz-Mania get released in July 1992? Sega of America is placed before Recreational Brainware in the game's credits... Maybe with the relatively-notable license, SoA took on development and finished the game after the company folded? They'd have the capability and would probably be happy to after the success of the team's previous [[Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin]].
