Megumi Rescue (め組レスキュー) is an unreleased Sega System E arcade breakout game developed by EXA Planning and scheduled to be manufactured by Sega. While fully developed, the game ultimately went unreleased, although it would eventually see a port to the Sega Master System in July 1988 courtesy of developer Whiteboard.

Aicom would later release a Nintendo Family Computer port of the game in 1989, titled Flying Hero.
