The New Zealand Story (ザ・ニュージーランドストーリー) is an arcade game developed by Taito in 1988. It was later ported to the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Master System exclusively in Japan and Europe respectively, as well as to the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, Commodore 64, FM Towns, NES, PC Engine, Sharp X68000, Virtual Console, ZX Spectrum.
You play as a kiwibird whose friends have been kidnapped by a giant walrus; somehow you escape and must rescue your friends. and shoot bullets from your beak and jumps (you cannot fly).
