Layup Co., Ltd. (株式会社レイアップ), often stylized as Lay-Up, is a Japanese toy design firm and video game production company. Layup's game development was generally conducted in a planning and production role, with the company contracting other developers for programming and sound.

In 1997, developer Varie and its sister company Sonnet Computer Entertainment were merged into Layup, presumably by being acquired entirely.[2]
