So now I've been thinking about this... can you display someone's logo on a product they manufactured without licensing it? Even if Nintendo was just the manufacturer, their name is still on the front of every ''Pocket Sakura''. Hm... Nintendo as a licensor?

So now I've been thinking about this... can you display someone's logo on a product they manufactured without licensing it? Even if Nintendo was just the manufacturer, their name is still on the front of every Pocket Sakura. Hm...
