Padded Cell Studios, formerly known as Acme Interactive and Malibu Interactive, was an American-British video game developer.[2]
History
Acme Interactive was founded in 1991 by Cinemaware founder Bob Jacob.
In 1992, the company was merged with Malibu Graphics Publishing Group, creating Malibu Comics Entertainment, Inc. (and with the developer itself renamed to Malibu Interactive. Later in 1994, they were acquired by GameTek and renamed again to Padded Cell Studios.
