Warp to Plethora
At the end of Blue Lake Woods II, there are a series of prize blocks above the end flag. Jump to the one furthest to the right and press 
+Jump+Special (

by default). The level will end and the game will then load Plethora, the last round[1].
Cheat device codes
These are cheat codes that can only be used with game enhancer devices. Support for these codes is available in most emulators.
