Sound test
Press 
+ START on the "Namcot for Sega Game Gear" screen at startup. To operate the sound test, press 
/
to select a number, 
to play the selected sound, 
to stop it, and START to exit.
The number graphics are glitched, but the sound test is otherwise fully functional.
