==To do==

*LaserActive can play CD-Video, not Video-CD.

*US model: 47w. JP model: 40w.

*May already be in the article, but something about how the composite out needs less of a comb filter than you'd imagine for composite, and how the signal looks clearer in general.

*Does do DTS, not AC-3 (without modding.)

*Something about how the 3D Goggle Adapter allowed two users to view the same 3D content at once, and that how virtually all the games which utilized this were pornographic. Meaning- two people, sitting there, quietly watching pornography with giant 3D goggles strapped to their faces. I mean that should be self-explanatory enough.

*That weird second 3D Goggle variation and matching "PAC-shaped hardware". I would imagine Pioneer was pushing its 3D stuff outside of LaserActive, and I'd imagine the "smaller" 3D Goggle variation is post-LaserActive, but then there's the matching "PAC" for it. Which isn't a pac... It's like a standard piece of hardware that rests on the shelf by itself, but it's housed in the body of a PAC. Except the rear doesn't have PAC connections, and doesn't appear it was ever intended to be inserted into a LaserActive. None of this would be surprising except for the fact that the hardware is exactly shaped like a PAC. Did they reuse a shell? Perhaps they had a second variation of 3D Goggle on its way, and when the LaserActive failed, they converted the rear to normal inputs and sold it by itself? Maybe the size/shape is a coincidence but they were even released around the same time...

*Transcribe Production credits for all MLD games that need them.

*Write basic summaries for individual hardware/software category pages.

*Create proper US/JP articles for [[List of LaserActive games]].

*Investigate likely Canadian imports of (certain?) LaserActive titles by Pioneer Electronics of Canada, Inc.

*CyberRoach mentions getting in touch with Riverhillsoft about Blue Chicago Blues questions, and that they actually responded and answered him. See what information he got, and- maybe try- uhh, emailing them too?

==Researching the PDE-LD1?==

Hello! If you're researching the NEC-branded version of the LaserActive, please be aware: the hardware known as the '''PDE-LD1''' is actually the '''PCE-LD1'''. It appears the confusion stemmed from the relevant page at the esteemed [http://www.laserdiscarchive.co.uk/laserdisc_archive/nec/nec_pce-ld1/nec_pce-ld1.htm LaserDisc Archive], where the author mistyped "PCE" as "PDE". Some parts of the page were later corrected, but other parts still display "PDE". This information appears to have been copied wholesale around the internet, with many (including myself at one point) making the mistake. Hope this helps :)
