Vampire Night is a 2001 lightgun shooter by WOW Entertainment for Namco's System 246 arcade hardware (based on the PlayStation 2). They then ported it to the PlayStation 2; exactly who handled it and when is unknown (though distribution appears to have been handled by Namco).
The game appears to be a rail shooter in the same vein as The House of the Dead and Ghost Squad in which you must kill vampires in their weak point and save victims before they become vampires.
