Hewson Consultants Ltd. was a British computer software company and video game developer, notably for producing a number of Amiga home computer games which received ports to the Sega Mega Drive.

Company

Hewson Consultants was founded in 1984 by Andrew Hewson, and primarily developed video games for personal computers. With the launch of the Sega Mega Drive, Hewson licensed out its various game properties to other developers: notably, Stormlord and Onslaught would be ported to the Mega Drive in 1991.

The company shut down sometime in the early 1990s.
