Fade to Black is the sequel to Flashback. It was intended to be released for the Sega Saturn[2][3], but this version was cancelled for unknown reasons. Instead it only came out for MS-DOS computers and the PlayStation at the time.

An aftermarket Dreamcast port was released by French indie publisher JoshProd in 2018.
