Twin Cobra is known as Kyuukyoku Tiger in Japan, which means the title screen has to change. In the US, there is a menu allowing for easy access to the configuration screen, while in Japan you have to press  START  twice to get into the game. Publishers Sega were also happy to credit both American Treco and Toaplan in the US, whereas in Japan only Treco is mentioned.
