NVT was s Russian distributor of electronics and machines. In 2000, they signed a deal with Sega to distribute the Dreamcast console in Russia and CIS countries, starting on November 10, 2000, with pre-release.[1] Unfortunately, due the end of production, Sega stopped shipments of the Dreamcast to the region in February 2001.
