Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition is a 1995 fighting game for the SNES by Bandai. An unknown group of unlicensed developers (presumably Taiwanese) "brought" it over to the Sega Mega Drive sometime thereafter. This "port" is one of the first, if not the first, unlicensed fighting game of its kind, as evidenced by a number of later ones keeping the music from this one (whether or not they all use the same engine has yet to be determined).
