The Sega Collection is a compilation for the ZX Spectrum created by U.S. Gold which contains four "Sega" games previously released for the system; Buck Rogers: Planet of Zoom and Zaxxon which were both released in the arcades by Sega, and Spy Hunter and Tapper, of which Sega held the home computer rights to at the time.
The compilation was bundled with ZX Spectrum computers for a short period - it was not sold separately.
