Irwin Toy Limited, also known as Irwin Electronics, and currently known as itoys, Inc., is a Canadian toy manufacturer and video game distributor, and official distributor of Sega Master System hardware, software, and peripherals in Canada.

Established in Toronto, Ontario in 1962 by Sam and Beatrice Irwin, the company is most remembered for its children's toys.

Due to competition from American toy manufacturers, Irwin Electronics initially went out of business in 2003. Original founders Sam and Beatrice Irwin later reformed the company sometime later as itoys, Inc.
