Shrapnel: Urban Warfare 2025 is an first person shooter once set for release on the Sega Dreamcast. It was cancelled for unknown reasons.

During development it was known as M.O.U.T. 2025, with MOUT standing for "Military Operations in Urban Terrain", and was at one point set to be part of the Spec Ops series[4], though the differing themes led to Shrapnel becoming its own thing.

The game was set to include online play[10] for up to 8 players, with deathmatch and cooperative play[4].
