This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

S.T.O.R.M. is a PC side-scrolling shoot-'em-up developed by Virtual Studio and published by American Softworks in 1996. It was at one point also set to be released for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn consoles, however despite being advertised, these ports did not materialise. The PlayStation version was abandoned because there was limited interest for 2D games anymore and the Saturn market was deemed too small to be viable[7].
