Dreamcast Promotion Disk is a promotional disc for the Sega Dreamcast. While the disc is designed for Sega's console, it merely contains video clips rather than doing anything unique with the hardware.
The same footage appears to have been shown at Tokyo Game Show '98 Autumn.
