Melon Brains: Exploring the Mind of the Dolphin is an edutainment title for the LaserActive / Mega LD, which was released by Pioneer in 1994. Aimed at “exploring the relationship between human and dolphins”[1], it is essentially a collection of dolphin-related videos, including documentary footage and portions of interviews with experts on these aquatic mammals. The LaserDisc comprises two sides: A, “Who Are the Dolphins?”; and B, “Dolphin Odyssey”.
