Last Survivor (ラストサバイバー) is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive first-person shooter game. Based on Sega R&D 1's 1989 arcade title of the same name, a home version was originally scheduled to be published by Sega Enterprises, Ltd. sometime around 1990[1], but was ultimately left unreleased.

It is unrelated to the unreleased Mega Drive port of Battle Isle, sometimes known by the name Last Survivor.
