Bandai America Incorporated was the American production, manufacturing and licensing division of Japanese entertainment conglomerate Bandai, established in 1978 to give the company a local foothold in the United States market.

Company

In 2004, the company's games division was transferred to a separate company known as Bandai Games. In March 2022, Bandai America merged with Bandai Namco Collectibles, renaming itself to Bandai Namco Toys and Collectibles America,[1] a company which still exists to this day.
