Super Mario World 64 is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive game. It is a loose attempt at porting the SNES game, Super Mario World to Sega's console without seeking endorsement from either Sega or Nintendo.

Very little is known about Super Mario World 64. No ROM dumps are known to exist (though there is an effort to dump the game), and its only real presence on the internet is through this gameplay video, uploaded to YouTube in early 2008, and an incomplete playthrough on the Japanese video site Nico Nico Douga. Some of the music is known to have come from the Mega Drive game, TaleSpin, while others from Super Battletank.
